Rest Day today. Spike and I explored a bit of Kempsey by foot and paw.
We did some shopping at a big Aldi and also at Bunnings.
Some maintenance work on the bike.
Some improvements to the organisation of the caravan.
Diesel tanks filled.
We bought two thermometers; one for inside and one for out.
Washing done.
I’m sure Anna will benefit from the rest although to be truthful the effort so far doesn’t seem to be too much for her. She’s not complaining about the workload but then she never does.
The Kempsey Showgrounds is a just OK location but it is run by an officious little pain in the arse. On a positive note there is a big gymkhanna underway on the arena with many immaculately turned out little girls and their equally perfect ponies.
It’s a red letter day – we have both changed to shorts!

Rest is good. Glad the walk was nice. There will be plenty of over officious pain in the arse park controllers but lucky for you guys there are are more good ones. Be wary of if little girls on pony’s parents.
